PokéGuess is provided as a free, entertainment-oriented daily puzzle. It is not a competitive service, is not intended to be relied upon for anything beyond casual play, and comes with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
User Responsibilities
Play fairly and don't attempt to disrupt the site for other players — for example, don't attempt to automate guessing at scale, scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others, or attempt to bypass the daily puzzle mechanism. Since there are no accounts, there's nothing to keep secure on your end beyond your own device.
Availability
PokéGuess is offered "as is," with no uptime guarantee. The daily puzzle selection, available features, and site content may change at any time at the operator's discretion.
Third-Party Resources
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and Pokémon artwork from a public PokeAPI-hosted sprite repository. Your use of the site is also subject to the availability and terms of those third-party services, which PokéGuess does not control.
Intellectual Property
The site's original design, layout, written content, and game logic belong to PokéGuess. Pokémon names, character designs, and associated trademarks belong to their respective owners (Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc.); PokéGuess uses factual species data for gameplay purposes only and does not claim any ownership over Pokémon intellectual property.
